The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a splendid area, next to Napier's attractions and local supermarkets. The location of the venue was perfectly comfortable and easy - just a short stroll away from a bronze statue. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Views appeared to be not so good.

Very nice entrance lift and room> first receptionist (Friday eve) was professional and pleasant. Handy location for Town

I so wanted to like this hotel But found 2nd receptionist dissinterested, no light in car park lead to damage on my car, no info in the room meant I one occasion it is not staffed after hours. Unable to book an early call or even find out the time with no clock and the tv not working. Servicing the room was slack

My room was well-appointed, there were effective Wi-Fi and it's own balcony. It was in an excellent and beautiful location close to Clive Square. I didn't want to leave and would have extended the stay.
